Privacy, plainly stated.
OneMore is a voice coach for strength training. Your voice stays on your device; optional wearable connections can add clearly-labelled training context. This website tracks nobody.
Your voice never leaves your phone
Speech recognition runs on the device. Audio is not uploaded, recorded or stored. Sound is turned into a rep count or a short command as you speak, and is then discarded.
You can refuse the microphone permission and keep using the app: rep confirmation by press or by tap covers every action that voice can take.
Your workouts stay on your phone
Sets, weights, reps, rest times and personal records are stored inside the app on your device. OneMore works without an internet connection.
Deleting the app deletes that local workout data, because there is currently no cloud backup.
Optional accounts
If you create an optional account, our authentication provider stores your email address and an encrypted password so that you can sign in. Workout records and voice data are not added to that account. To request account deletion, email hi@onemore.coach.
Optional wearable connections
If you choose to connect a supported provider, such as WHOOP, Fitbit, Apple Health or Android Health Connect, OneMore may read only the health and activity data you approve: sleep duration or quality, heart-rate-variability and resting-heart-rate trends, a provider recovery or readiness value, and the previous day’s strain or activity.
We use that information with your own workout history and optional self-check-in to offer training-readiness guidance. It is not a medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service or clearance to exercise. A provider’s score remains labelled with its source and last update; OneMore does not present it as its own medical score.
A connection is optional. If its data is unavailable, stale, limited or revoked, the app says so and falls back to OneMore-only training context rather than guessing. You can disconnect a provider at any time in the app and can revoke its access in the provider’s settings.
For a connected cloud provider, the authorisation tokens needed to refresh approved data are kept server-side, not in the app. We keep only the data needed to operate the connection and its readiness guidance; we do not sell it, use it for advertising or share it for another company’s marketing.
This website
The site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, no fonts from anyone else's servers and no advertising or analytics tags. There is nothing here that follows you to another site.
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical request logs, as any web server does, to serve pages and to stop abuse. We do not build visitor profiles from them.
The launch list
If you give us an email address for the launch list, it is used once, to tell you the app is downloadable, and then to nothing else. It is not sold, shared or added to a newsletter. Ask us and we delete it.
What OneMore does not do
- No advertising and no advertising SDKs
- No selling or sharing of personal information
- No location, contacts or photos
- No stored audio and no raw transcripts
Adults, and changes to this page
OneMore is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18.
If our data practices change, this page is updated before the changed behaviour ships.
