Terms of use.

Who may use OneMore

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. OneMore is intended for personal fitness use.

Fitness and medical disclaimer

OneMore provides workout organisation, rep tracking and general coaching cues. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Exercise involves risk. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or another concerning symptom. You are responsible for choosing suitable exercises, loads, equipment and surroundings.

Availability and pre-release software

Features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable on some devices. Voice recognition can misunderstand speech, which is why every critical workout action also remains available manually.

A coming-soon label is not a promise of a release date.

Accounts and acceptable use

Accounts are optional. Keep your credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected services, or use OneMore unlawfully.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, the price, billing period and renewal terms shown at purchase apply. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through the store account that bought them.

Intellectual property

The OneMore name, design, software, copy and original assets belong to Luuma Labs or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OneMore is provided without a guarantee that every cue, count or recommendation is accurate or suitable for you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

Material changes are posted before they take effect. These terms are governed by Belgian law, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
